I have recently been informed that there is negative information reported by TransUnion, for a " Bankruptcy. '' I sent -, ( who TransUnion reports as there CEO ) a certified letter via USPS requiring a signature, requesting " verification '' pursuant to the " Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of this " Bankruptcy. '' Verification meaning competent evidence bearing my signature. TransUnion received my letter on -/-/2017. In my letter I requested for them to remove this " Bankruptcy '' from my report if they could not provide me with competent verification with my signature. I want this " Bankruptcy '' removed. TransUnion did not provide me with any competent verification of this " Bankruptcy '' bearing my signature.
