Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Georgia

I have reached out to the credit bureaus about a car loan that is showing up on my credit report. I have contacted the creditor and submitted documents to them as well advising them that this was fraud and my identity was stolen. They have been cursing me out and hanging the phone up in my face. I need to have this $20000.00 car loan taken off of my credit report immediately.
