I have a Citicorp credit card ( issued by Sears ). The Citicorp overseas reps that I made my payment with did not log my payment in on time. Subsequently, after paying on time every month, Citicorp refuses to accept responsibility for the error of their off shore account reps and the language disparity that exists. I was told by a VP, -, that I could not get help because he did n't have to. I told him that I wanted the late payment removed. I do not owe any money and refuse to ever do business with them again. I feel that there is systemic racism in correcting their error. - was My account ends in # -
