Incorrect information on credit report Account status Texas

My home was sold and closed via wired payment on -/-/2014. However, - of - of the lenders that held my mortgage are currently reporting it as active, and open. Please assist! I have attempted repeatedly twice in 2 years to clear this with dispute and phone call and it is still on my credit reports- Transunion , and -. I was trying to get preapproved for a home loan and they made me aware it is still open. When I contacted -, I spoke with Agent - # -. She also informed me she could see on their database that the loan showed closed, however she refused to per our request send an manual report- - to correct immediately. Instead, she directed me to submit a complaint for investigation to their email- -, she also took my name, number, and loan # for her manager - to contact me. I am still waiting for that call to correct this issue directly through them. I have attached all information, and I thank you for your help in advance.
