Transunion continues to report inaccurate information on my credit file and denies me access to Transunion as the law requires. I have sent Transunion a dispute via certified mail, via fax and via regular mail. I have waited more than the 30 days allowed by FCRA. They simply respond that the account is verified and do not do anything with my dispute. I 've even contacted some of the original creditors and they have confirmed no contact has been made with them. They simply drag out the process to make sure that they can keep reporting negative inaccurate information because of course that is how they make their money. This credit bureau consistently fails to comply with FCRA as they do not properly investigate or verify the accounts the report on consumer credit files.
