This is my second complaint towards Bank of America because still to this day they still have not removed the Fraud Alert from -. So basically to sum things up I was scammed in -/-/2015 and we all know being scammed is the worst feeling in the world and top it all off I lost out on a car and my bank account and to make it all worse Bank of America place a fraud alert on my social in -. I just feel like they should have been a little bit more understanding towards the situation. I never withdrawed any money from the account so they didnt take a lost. After submitting this complaint I am going to follow up with a email to the CEO of Bank Of America, because not only can I not get another account with them but they black balled me so cant get an account with any other financial institution for the next 5 years I promise to never do business with them ever again I will never recommend their products or services to anyone as well. And to add Injury to insult they lied in the report that they submitted which I will upload which says that I withdrawed money from the account after the bogus check was deposited thats a lie im sure they have surveillance of each and everytime I entered the bank. They have to prove that without a doubt that I withdrawed this money.
