Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long California
Rash Curtis & Associates has been fraudulently attempting to collect for a debt which I do not owe on - accounts for a hospital that closed over more than a year ago. The collector has proof that I was covered fully covered by - whom paid for all my - expenses. The collector has refused to provide me with proof that I owe them or that - did not pay. After receiving my certified letter which they signed as received on -/2017 ( proof is attached ) advising them that they had 30 days to validate the debit or I would be contacting the - as well as filing a law suit against them, they refused to respond. I 'm sending a letter to - today requesting for these fraudulent accounts ( -, - & - ) to be removed within 30 days as they also will be unable to validate this debit. I have attached my supporting documents.
