I am submitting a complaint with NEW information regarding - liens that are showing on my TransUnion credit report. I did not know the source of their information on the liens and due to this TransUnion violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act. IN ADDITION, I have attached Court Records signed by the Clerk of the Court, stamped that - liens are " PAID, SATISFIED AND ORDERED CANCELLED FROM RECORD '' from the - Department of Revenue. I have submitted the same court documents affirming this to TransUnion and they have refused to remove the liens, despite court order.
