Incorrect information on credit report Account status Massachusetts

Reporting of obsolete accounts has shown up on at least - ( TransUnion and - ) of my credit reports. This is old debt that was sent to collections in -/-/2004, and thus is past the date at which it can continue to be reported to the creit reporting companies. I want any and all information pertaining to this debt removed from my credit reports. I am attaching documents that show the dates of original default on the debt, as well as current proof that it is in collections. Thank you.
