I had a high interest loan with cash call for approx. - which I defaulted on in -. Cash call hired a collection company to get their money. the company was ccrs in -/-/-. they said they represented cash call and agreed to a settlement of the loan for one lump sum. - which I agreed and paid to them. they said they would remove all the negative reports to the credit bureaus and report paid in full .which was not done. Since that time I have contacted cash call to correct my credit reports and they said they no longer own the loan. that another company bought the loan to contact them so they collected the money from me then turned around and sold the loan after the fact. and still reporting it as a chargeoff account.
