Incorrect information on credit report Account status Alabama

Last year we had an issue with Transunion not updating loan information. I disputed it and finally had to file a complaint with Consumer Finance. The issue was corrected, however, it is a joint account and we have noticed that the information did not get corrected on my husband 's Transunion report. I 've contacted both, Transunion as well as the bank. Transunion stated that they did n't change information on reports and the bank stated that the information being reported correctly on mine is the same information being reported on my husband 's report.
