-/-/2017 I received a copy of my free annual credit report. Upon reviewing the report I attempted to dispute some items that I knew where incorrect at - agencies. I went to each dispute online and was told I could not file disputes online. I was given a number and told to call Transunion. I called transunion, Transunion informed me that my was blocked because I needed to update my credit card for my account. I informed them that I no longer wanted the account and they said that I had to put that in writing. Furthermore, that I could not dispute anything on my credit without updating my credit card information. I informed them that it was my legal right to be able to dispute items on my credit report. I was informed that either I update my credit card information or I waiting until I put it in writing before they would allow me to dispute any information on my credit report.
