Bank of America has repeatedly refused to accept my on time payments without explanation. After explaining this matter to countless representatives, I was repeatedly assured that the mistake was exclusively that of Bank of America 's and that I was, in fact, do a refund. To date, that refund has not been posted. All of the returned payments included the full and correct account number. There is no excuse for BoA 's unlawful conduct.
