Army and Air Force Exchange Service Credit card department,

Credit card protection / Debt protection North Carolina

Back in - 2014 my now ex-spouse used my AAFES - -. who was at the time an authorized user. Charged 6 straight times -, on my credit card what she did was buy - gift cards to a tune of over $6000.00. at no time did the credit card company notify, advise me, or verify if these transactions were authorized. the same amounts every day for 6 days should have raised a Red Flag. and when I did try to dispute it all I was told was she was an authorized user. now since this is a government institution, they are able to garnish my money. which they have to include my Fed tax refund. interest continues to accumulate on this account, late charges. the charges they are attempting to collect through a collection agency is now almost - they are not going after her or her taxes. just me where is the justice. need help!
