Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Ohio

Keep getting alerts that my Barclays account is 60 days past due this account was paid in -/-/2016 through - - - on my behalf to - - - - on Barclays behalf. I have sent in these letters to the parties several times. The reporting amount is not was was owed. It has been changed to $0.00 but every month I get an alert that I 'm 60 days past due.
