My - account was hacked on -/-/2017, and a gold coin was purchased for $680.00. As soon as I noticed this activity on my account, I contacted the merchant the same day notifying them of a fraudulent purchase and asking them not to ship which they complied with. I also contacted my credit card company the same day who started an investigation, credited my account for $680.00 and sent me a new card. A week later the merchant issued a refund in that amount. The bank then debited my account in that amount, to even out the balance. However two weeks later the bank debited my account again in that amount. I called to complain, and was given credit, which evened the balance. Then two weeks later the bank debited my account for a third time again. My account was credited 2 times but debited 3 times.
