Monterey financial services was the loan company that the loan for my wife 's ring was financed through when i purchased my wife 's ring on -/-/2011, they are refusing to take responsibility and i am in touch with an attorney to take proper legal steps to sue Monterey Financial services if they do n't want to fix the problem they have created. my wife 's ring cost $5000.00 with interest and loan charges i paid Monterey Financial Services about $7200.00 in total and i have bank statements to take to court if that is the route they want to take. i am again asking Monterey Financial Services through this complaint to fix and report this financing on my credit as i will not stop until it is fixed. i will also call all media outlets in the city - the offices of business oversight, offices of licensing and incorporating and the - - district attorney 's office, this financial fraud.
