This collection company sent me a letter trying to collect on a debt that I do n't owe from - insurance company. They are saying I owe - but in fact I do n't! They automatically withdrew money from my bank account each month and they did n't insure - of the cars that 's why I had to seek new insurance with - -! I paid them every dime that I owed them and they are still trying to charge more! They sent me a letter informing me that they were canceling my policy because they did n't insurance on of the - car! So if they did n't insure the car there was no money owed and I set up direct draft! They need to send me an itemized statement with all the charges being very specific on to what I 'm paying additional money for. Texas law requires them to explain to me with original documents from original debtor on how they came to the amount of $320.00
