Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Tennessee

We got a little behind on a loan after being good customers for over a year. They served us and we paid them in cash the court costs and the payments to get caught up ( this was -/-/2015 ). A week later they say we are behind we call repeatedly to try and determine what is going on. They refuse to take our calls and hang up when we give our name. In -/-/- they claim they are taking us back to court and I write them a letter to call my mother because they refuse to take our calls. The agreement was $75.00 every two weeks. Total amount owed court costs included was supposedly $1400.00?? this was verbally given they refused to give us anything in writing and they refused to give us the corporate number. - the local manager was difficult to work with. No missed payments between -/-/- and -/-/- $900.00 paid. Called for pay off and were told $990.00??. Called another store to get manager 's name and number. - - called claiming that she was the manager but she called from - store. She will not listen she claims we owe $640.00 and the $350.00 in fees. She claims her employees would never be dishonest and if we had paid on time it would not have come to this. Ignoring the multiple attempts to make arrangements that they would not answer.
