Citibank Credit reporting department,

Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

Citi Bank let someone else open a credit card under my name in -/-/2017 without any hard inquiries in advance, all of - credit reporting bureau ( -, -, - ) are failed to inquire me about this case even despite I put 90 day fraud alerts in -/-/2017. After I read about Citi Bank online, I know apparently they are infamous for doing something like this. Since they are hard to reach when it comes to inquiries regarding dispute ( no phone number provided ), I need help with disputing this account.
