My friend transferred $100.00 to my BOA account through the - quickpay on -/-/2016, but I did not received it, and BOA agent did not take care of my matter, my friend showed me a letter from - bank state that the money was transferred to BOA. I told BOA agent about this letter. They still did not take care of it. Please help me to find out the money and refund to me. Thanks -
