I explained that revolving credit has a time frame. I have paid and it was not properly reported. The account is accruing interest, which is being reported, not the debt that was paid. Thus it requires removal from my credit report. Judgement : There is also a judgement listed as an installment account such as a car payment for an apartment with unfit living problems such as floor boards being uneven and imperfections in the carpeting. The - - - had us sign a lease agreement for - months to keep us locked in a higher rental rate to cover it 's - quarter of the year. Thusly, I sent letters attesting the non legal nature of the lease under the Renter 's Rights. - - - : The car with - - was bought under the - law due to its previous accident being omitted from the - reporting and battery not being replaced.
