I called - on -/-/- at - - and spoke to - I provided her the USPS tracking numbers she tracked the package and confirmed the delivery. Then she opened the Case : - to get the credit adjusted for returned devices. She told me that someone will call me at - - - with 3 business days and will tell me about the outcome of the case.


to send me a form so I can furnish all these information in written. But I never received anything from this collection agency. So without sending me any form so I could have disputed the case with them they just put it on my credit report with all - credit Bureau.
