CASHCALL responded to my complaint stating that they have not called me. This was not even the complaint. Instead of answering the complaint they tried to dodge issue and divert attention. Also trying to place blame elsewhere without looking at the evidence in front of them. They then admitted the amount owed was was -. On the - loan. We all know that CashCall has been under the gun for shady loans. Then tried to respond by saying - took over the loan. Well - is a shell company of CashCALL but they are trying to avoid blame. - was also under fire for harassment and then they had to refund. - I said I would take the different offers to pay off and they never responded when I would accept. It was a game and lies. HERE is the issue and I am not going to take answers that make zero sense from Cash Call. Fine CASH CALL you state balance was -. CASH CALL then you falsely claimed -. AG. 2nd response states - - is who I have this with. Well that is not true. CASHCALL Claimed - to the BK court which is false as they already admitted - But this is what they do lie. Regardless I have the proof. I also have copies of the checks and where they were sent. TO CASHCALL in -.
