I have a home equity loan with Wells Fargo Bank. Beginning with the - - and - - payments I began using bill pay through -. Using bill pay, - $1500.00 payments were made by me to WFB on -/-/- and -/-/- that WFB received, but - and then began harassing phone calls by WFB. I explained things numerous times to WFB representatives and provided them with the documentation proving that they had been paid timely. They nonetheless asserted late fess. I had them talk to my private banker to resolve things with no success. I asked them repeatedly to confirm that they have not reported late pays to the credit reporting agencies with no success. I have followed up repeatedly about things being resolved with no success. I have asked them to confirm that they had received payment because they then inexplicably refunded the two payments with no success..
