Bank of America did not properly and thoroughly investigate a complaint, I returned an item to the merchant by US mail and provided Bank of America did not investigate in a timely manner and USPS does not provide tracking for more than six months online. Bank of America did not explain that they could not locate the number instead told me they needed a tracking number. How am I supposed to know the tracking number expired?
