Closing/Cancelling account Massachusetts
My BOA card ending in - hastily without warning got closed. My credit card had a 0 % APR promo that I used and I 've been paying my minimum on-time for 5 months. Then all of a sudden BOA decided to close my account without warning no call or anything. This is unacceptable as a consumer. My letter from them stated only they have the right to close it. There was no exact reason in there. And no chances given. I am a Preferred Client of theres too and now looking for other options unless they reopen my account.
