Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have - credit accounts with Synchrony Financial : Amazon Store Card and Banana Republic - Visa. The address listed on both accounts has inexplicably changed to incorrect addresses and I am unable to correct/update via the website ( s ) or customer service. I was told by customer service that it had been corrected but no change ever appeared. The address listed for the Amazon Store Card is not my address, has never been my address and was never provided by me. The address listed for the Banana Republic - Visa is undeliverable as it is only an apartment number with no street address and incorrect zip code. Aside from being unable to receive paper statements I see that Synchrony has now reported at least one bogus address to a credit reporting entity.
