Synchrony Financial Credit Card Complaint

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement

Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida

I have been receiving bills for care credit. I received a letter from a collection agency stating that I have a balance of $4800.00. I contacted the company directly when I received the first bill and wanted to know why and what I was being billed. They told me that the dental office I was going to applied for the card. I advised them that I never received a card nor did I apply for a card. I asked them to cancel it as I never applied for it. They stated they would look into it. that was back in -. I am still receiving bills. I contacted them again today and was advised they would have someone else contact me. I have been trying to get this issue resolved from the first bill but still to no avail. Someone else 's name along with mine is also on the letter and the bills that I 've received from care credit and the collection agency.
