Was recently notified by -, - and - - - that a collection account was added to my credit report by Midwest recovery Systems alleging an unpaid debt of $660.00. This is fraudulent as I have not opened any credit accounts with this company or the one listed as - -. I have reported this entry as fraudulent " account not mine '' per FCRA -. I have also verified that Midwest Recovery has numerous complaints - with - for similar entries against other consumers additionally have multiple complaints filed with the CFPB all stating they were notified through credit monitoring service of a debt that they too did not open. Finally I have also researched the State of Florida licensing bureau and found that Midwest Recovery systems license to collect expired -/-/2012 i. The state of florida and another filing was denied. This unlawful practice needs to be addressed and removed completely from my credit report.
