I signed up for a JcPenney credit card because they claimed to give you 25 % off your first purchase. I received my bill and did not receive 25 % off so i called and spoke to a supervisor, she processed a ticket, and said i will find out the status in a couple of days. I still have not received a discount for my first purchase. This was false and deceptive advertising.
