Barclays PLC Credit card department,
My Barclaycard account was closed, but went to collections. The collections company DID NOT place the account on my credit report, because I settled it in full right away. However, Barclaycard refuses to update my credit report to say that it was settled in full. Even after I disputed it, they have it marked as a charge-off. I need this to be updated, as I am trying to fix my credit.
