Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt California

debt collector refused to release lien on my property after I paid There was not a description above that matched my problem! the agreed amount in full. I paid debt as requested on -/-/- and per CA laws should have gotten a release filed with County in - days. I have contacted them by phone and in writing at least - times without any response. It is now -/-/- - days since payment and no release provided by debt firm. Debt firm says they do n't have a substitution of judgment but per superior court records they got one on -/-/- from - collections ... previous owner of the debt ... there is no excuse for not providing the required release!!!
