AS INSTRUCTED BY - CONFIRMATION RECEIPT, I CALLED TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN - ON - -, 2016 UPON ARRIVAL AT - - -, ( APPRO- - ) TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK ME UP TO GET THE CAR RENTAL IN NERABY PRO-IMITIES. I WAS INFORMED BY REPRESENTATIVE WHO TOOK THE CALL THAT THERE WILL BE AN E-TRA CHARGE OF $17.00 PER DAY TO THE E-ISTING RESERVATION BECAUSE THE PICK UP WAS SUPPOSED TO OCCURR AT -. I E-PLAINED TO REPRESENTATIVE THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OF FLIGHT DELAYS AND CUSTOMS DETENTIONS W/ THE LUGGAGE. HOWEVER, IT APPEAR THAT YOUR COMPANY IS CARELESS ABOUT THIS DELAYS PROCESS AT THE AIRPORT. IT WAS NEVER INFORMED TO ME THAT I WAS GOING TO BE PENALIZED FOR THIS. I SAID THEN THAT IF E-TRA CHARGES WERE GOING TO BE APPLIED TO MY E-ISTING RESERVATION WITHOUT TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE DELAYS OF THE FLIGHT, THEN I WILL NO USE THEIR SERVICES. I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY CANCELATION FEES AT THE MOMENT. MY POINT IS THAT I DID CALLED TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT TO GET THE CAR AND YOUR COMPANY DECIDED TO PENALIZED ME FOR THE DELAY SO I DECIDED NOT TO USE YOUR SERVICES.
