Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

A relative used my social security number when checking in to a hospital. He did not have any identification of mine, he just knew my social security number. I have tried to get any documentation from the collection agency proving the medical bill belongs to me and explained that a relative had stole my identity. They have refused to provide any documentation.
