In -, the company named Debt Recovery Solution sent a notice ( dated - -, - ) attempting to collect a debt for a - bill from -. The notice did not elaborate any further. I immediately responded in writing and advised I did not owe such a debt. I requested that the company either cease collection efforts against me or provide proper proof that the debt belonged to me. I have received a response from Debt Recovery Solutions dated -/-/- with what they claimed was proof the debt belonged to me. It is clear from the documents that the debtor is a different person with a similar name. I have responded a second time in writing to advise this is not my debt and the wrong person is being pursued. I again requested for Debt Recovery Solutions to cease collection efforts against me.

I do not want this company to falsely associate me or my credit with this debt. I wish to file a complaint against Debt Recovery Solutions LLC for their improper and unecessary attempts to collect this debt from me.
