THE VIOLATION IS WHEN I TOLD HER THIS IS A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT SHE STATED WE WILL NOT REMOVE FROM CREDIT BUREAUS KNOWING ITS FRAUD. THAT IS NOT RIGHT TO TELL ANY CONSUMER
