Niagara Restitution contacted me and threatened to serve me on -/-/17 for a debt that was discharged in bankruptcy more than ( 3 ) years ago. As soon as I said lawyer they hung up. I 'm writing you because I am concerned that other individuals may be or have been threatened by this company. Other individuals may not know their rights and the debt collection laws. This company needs to be shut down and a class action lawsuit should be filed against them. I have evidence and I 'm sure many others have evidence of them violating debt collection laws.
