Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Illinois

I am filing this complaint against All - bureaus : transunion, -, and -. I pulled my free annual credit reports and they were all high. However, when I went to get a car loan the reports they claimed they saw from transunion was not as high, and I did not qualify for the 0 % interest loan that I should have. The lender says the free reports we get from the credit bureaus are not the same reports they have access to. This means all - credit bureaus are in violation of providing accurate free credit reports to consumers yearly. They are providing different reports, they are not providing accurate information. This cost me money and the government needs to hold them accountable.
