I have a credit card through synchrony bank for - as well as for walmart and amazon. I fell behind on my payments and missed a payment -/-/- for -. Since -/-/- I have made - to - payments every month but -/-/-. I new I was behind so I logged in and set up auto payment for - payments ( - -/-/-, - -/-/- ) to at least pay something until I got my refund -/-/- and could pay account off. I have been getting up to - calls a day from them between the - accounts all while I am at work. My job is upset my phone keeps going off I am a Therapist and I can not take calls while in session all day every day. According to the FTC they have harassed me by calling up to 50 times a day, I emailed them ( which I have ) stating I can not take calls do not call me and they continued to do so anyway. I logged into my account and set up these payments within a day or two I got notice that immediately after they closed my account. When I called to ask them about this today I was told that making a payment every month expect one and setting up a payment arrangement was n't good enough. So now, my credit report reflects a bad debt despite me making payments.
