U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Simple question : I got my free credit report at - and it showed a credit card with a - balance from 2013 at US Bank. I thought I closed it long ago if it 's the - I remember ( - card? ) and I 've kept no info on it now and contacted US Bank to close the card. They do n't have a record. I 'm concerned that old card being open for so long could be impacting my credit score. What can I do? thanks.
