This complaint involves bundled services for home phone, TV and Internet provided by - I decided to switch my bundled services from - to - ( - - in -/-/2016. - service was installed on -/-/2016 ; when installation was complete and phone, TV and internet were all working, I called - to cancel my bundled services ( home phone, TV and Internet ). In -/-/-, - billed me services from -/-/2016 - -/-/2016. Beginning -/-/2016, I attempted to get - to remove the charges for the home phone, TV and Internet services ( which I canceled on -/-/2016 ) from my account. I have made multiple phone calls to -, spent hours and hours talking with multiple ( - ) - representatives and been promised that corrections have been made. Yet I have continued to receive fraudulent bills for services not received. Despite making a call to - on -/-/2016, at which time an - supervisor promised that my account had been adjusted to reflect only the services I received from -/-/2016 - -/-/2016, - turned my account over to collections the following day, -/-/2016. After more phone calls to - on


penalized and my credit has been damaged through - fraudulent actions. ( See attachments for detailed description of my calls to -, contacts by collection agency and fraudulent bills ). IN SUMMARY : - has acted in bad faith and made false/deceptive statements to me throughout this process. I have continued to dispute the fraudulent charges and attempted to resolve the matter in good faith. - ultimately sent my account to collections, even though my account contained FRAUDULENT charges for services I had canceled and had been disputing continuously since -/-/2016.
