I purchased a set of luggage from an - vendor. I only received one bag instead of the set I ordered. The luggage company says their policy is pay for return shipping when they make a mistake. However they responded saying I had to pay for the return shipping along with an additional fee. I had used my debit card to make the purchase so I began the process of reversing the charges. I explained the entire situation to my Huntington Bank representative and in the end they denied my claim. Now I own single piece of luggage that sells for $99.00 for which I have a paid $230.00.
