Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On - -, - I requested copies of my monthly statements for the period of -, - and - - since I have n't received my statements. I have logged into the online service where both my old / closed Walmart account appeared and my new Walmart MasterCard appeared. But for whatever reason Synchrony bank removed my Walmart MasterCard from being viewed denying me access to view charges, interest and any transaction posted to the account. In other words denying the same right given to other regular customers who receive timely access to their monthly statements. I received a response or - dated - - & -, - advising me that they would make every effort to resolve my inquiry in a timely manner. We are now in - - and I have not received those statements. This week I logged in to see if I had my access to the account reinstated but nothing has changed.
