Bank of America Bank account or service department,

Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Florida

A counterfeit check was written on my business account in the amount of $4800.00. The check was made out to a business and it was cashed. The signature that was supposed to be mine was n't even close to resembling my signature but Bank of America is stating that they can not recover the funds. I feel that it is their mistake and no they should return my funds.
