Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Florida

- placed emergency room services on my credit report, however on -/-/2016 I reached out to - regarding the payment they accepted from my insurance also the company they reported the invalid debt to. - claimed they never sent anything to the credit collection company because the claim was paid well within the timefram after services were rendered ( timely filing, and payment was collected ). I sent this company the EOB as requested from the - showing - was paid and they were just lying about not placing the debt in their office. This company sent me a letter in the mail stating the debt has been validated. At this point I will contact my insurance company to have all claims paid to - reversed due to the integrity of this establishment they have placed the whole debt on my credit for all services in full, however they gladly cashed a insurance check which is also fraudulent who did they take my insurance payment for.
