I was solicited by a representative from The Student Loan Help Center, - - - - - - - - FL - - - the representative solicited funds to help consolidate my student loans and I just recently was notified by the servicers of the loans and they are not consolidated and I have to pay more money to them than what was discussed by the representative at The Student Loan Help Center. I am paying - organizations for my student loans which has placed me in a serious financial bind and my student loans are still not paid off or my payment is very high. This has caused severe financial hardship for my household as a single mother of -. Please help me with this matter and the return of the charge of $1200.00 that The Student Loan Help Center charged me for a service that I did not receive.
