Every month I receive a statement from Synchrony Bank showing a balance due in the amount of - on a - - account. I 've contacted the bank and was told there is no balance due and there is no explanation given as to why I am receiving these monthly emails. I am concerned that my credit may be negatively effected by these erroneous statement which the Bank denies is occurring. I would like the Bank to correct this and I would like the emails to stop. The bank has sent me a letter at my request indicating there is a zero balance on my credit care account but I am still concerned the bank can not stop the emails.
