Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Maryland

I filed a complaint against United Consumers stating that these bills from - were disputable and I wanted them to send the bills back to - because their were details I wanted them to explain, and I did not want United Consumers to share in my medical information. Not only did - share my personal information with United Consumers, they put - accounts on my credit reports. This is a violation of HIPAA. I have notified the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as well as the Department of Health and Human Services that is in charge of HIPAA violations.
