On -/-/2016 I bought a product to the company -, I never received this product, I made a dispute to my credit card synchrony bank, my bank responded that the company had given them a tracking number, the Traking number says the product was thrown at the fence door, I never received this package, they are charging me for the package that I never received, I do not hire the packaging company, it is not my responsibility that the product is found Lost, all responsibility is in the company that sent the package and did not require a signature for delivery
